Matthew Clarke, PE, LS has been serving northern California since 2002. As a California licensed civil engineer, land surveyor and general contractor, we offer a full suite of professional services for residential, commercial and government clients.

Granted a land surveyor's license in 2008 allowing PCC to offer turn-key land development projects including land divisions (subdivision maps and lot-line adjustments), property corner installations, records-of-survey, legal descriptions, and flood elevation certificates.

Matthew’s career began in the early 80s with his family’s business, Clarke Contracting Corporation, a heavy-civil construction contractor specializing in public works projects.
